Defendants 7440 N. Sepulveda LLC and Barakat- Allah Management filed this motion to continue the previous trial date of January 10, 2023, to a date after June 10, 2023. On December 15, 2022, Defendants’ ex parte application to continue trial was granted, and the previous trial date was continued to July 19, 2023.
Therefore, the motion to continue trial is moot and taken off-calendar. The Court asks counsel to promptly take all matters off-calendar when they become moot.
Defendants are ordered to give notice.

- Parties are encouraged to meet and confer after reading this tentative ruling to see if they can reach an agreement.
