The court’s records show that at an Order to Show Cause re: Dismissal heard on June 10, 2022, a motion to be relieved as counsel was continued to August 12, 2022.  However, to date, no motion to be relieved as counsel has been filed in this matter concerning the August 12 hearing.  Moreover, on August 3, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Request for Dismissal requesting the entire action be dismissed with prejudice.  Therefore, the court presumes there is no motion going forward.

The motion to be relieved as counsel is taking off calendar.
