Defendants' unopposed ex parte application to continue the trial is GRANTED IN PART.  Defendants have articulated good cause for a limited continuance of the trial in order to allow the parties to focus their efforts on their January 12, 2024 mediation.  However, Defendants have failed to justify the length of the continuance that they seek. 

Accordingly, the April 29, 2024 trial date is vacated.  All parties are ordered to appear in Department 12 on January 19, 2024 at 8:30 am for a trial setting conference.

Defendant TEVA WOMEN’S HEALTH LLC is to give notice and file proof of service of such.
