Petitioner The Royalton Drive Trust’s Motion for Entry of Judgment on Order Confirming Arbitration Award is GRANTED.

Petitioner The Royalton Drive Trust (Petitioner) seeks entry of judgment following this court’s order of January 30, 2024, granting its motion to confirm the arbitration award of $2,233,079.70 entered against Respondent Kolin Klein Construction (Respondent).

If an award is confirmed, judgment shall be entered in conformity therewith. The judgment so entered has the same force and effect as, and is subject to all the provisions of law relating to, a judgment in a civil action of the same jurisdictional classification; and it may be enforced like any other judgment of the court in which it is entered, in an action of the same jurisdictional classification.

Because the award has been confirmed by the order of January 30, 2024, “judgment shall be entered in conformity therewith.”

The motion is therefore GRANTED.
