The Motion to Tax Costs (as to plaintiff Arrowood) brought by defendant/cross-complainant Ronald Zurawski (Mr. Zurawski) is DENIED.

The Motion to Strike Costs (as to cross-defendant Arrowood) brought by Mr. Zurawski is DENIED.

The issues raised in these respective motions are a continuation from prior motion practice. (See ROA 1078.) This Court issued a ruling on June 30, 2023 setting the parameters and briefing schedule for the instant motions and hereby incorporates by reference the analysis and ruling provided in that ruling.

(See ROA 1078.) As to the costs requested by Arrowood Master Association in its capacity as a plaintiff, the Court FINDS the costs in dispute to have been reasonably necessary and convenient, and therefore declines to tax them.

As to the costs requested by Arrowood Master Association in its capacity as a defendant, the Court FINDS that the costs are not duplicative of previously-awarded costs, and therefore declines to strike them.

Unless the ruling(s) above indicate that an appearance is necessary, parties who wish to submit, who are satisfied with the above tentative ruling(s), and/or who do not otherwise wish to argue the motion(s) are encouraged to give notice to the Court and each other of their intention not to appear.
