Cross-Defendant Ply Gem Pacific Window Corporation's unopposed motion for determination of good faith settlement is GRANTED. The court finds the settlement to be in good faith. This determination bars any other joint tortfeasor or co-obligor from any further claims against Ply Gem Pacific Windows Corporation for equitable comparative contribution or partial or comparative indemnity based on comparative negligence or comparative fault. CCP §877.6.
