As this is a Motion for Reconsideration which is to be heard by the judicial officer who issued the original ruling for which reconsideration is being requested, this matter shall be heard by the Honorable John S.
Meyer in the downtown Central Courthouse of the San Diego Superior Court which is located at 1100 Union Street, San Diego, California, 92101 and is thus continued and re-set for hearing on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department 501.
For the edification of the parties and to facilitate appearances on the day before the Thanksgiving Holiday, this Court notes that the Honorable Judge Meyer will be sitting on assignment at the date and time set forth in this continuance in a department that typically hears unlawful detainer matters.
