Attorney Martin is directed to submit a global proposed order as to all three discovery motions and to include in that order language indicating that the time to produce responses and pay the monetary sanctions shall run 14 days from the date that the order is served on Mr. Simon by mail at his 2862 Rancho Cortes, Carlsbad, California 92009 address.
