The Motion to Compel Petitioner to Provide Responses to Form Interrogatories brought by plaintiff Stephen Pringle (Plaintiff) is GRANTED.

The Motion to Deem Admissions True brought by Plaintiff is GRANTED.

The Request for Monetary Sanctions which appears to be for the amount of $2,310.00 for the combined motions is GRANTED.

Plaintiff duly propounded interrogatories and requests for admission on Defendant Jennifer Faulkner (Defendant), and Defendant has failed to respond. Though it appears that Defendant has attempted to provide late responses, Plaintiff argues that those responses are inadequate.

Accordingly, defendant Jennifer Faulkner is ORDERED to provide supplemental responses to interrogatories to Plaintiff by November 9, 2023. Said response shall be sent to Attorney Laurence Haines of HainesLaw at 30916 Lilac Road, Valley Center, California, 92082.

The Requests for Admissions propounded by Plaintiff are DEEMED ADMITTED.

Additionally, defendant Jennifer Faulkner is ORDERED to provide monetary sanctions in the amount of $2,310.00 to Plaintiffs pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §§ 2030.290 and 2033.280. Said sanctions are to be paid by November 9, 2023 and shall be sent to Attorney Laurence Haines of HainesLaw at 30916 Lilac Road, Valley Center, California, 92082.
