Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §§ 2030.290, et seq. and 2031.300, et seq., plaintiff Jenean Rae Hilton (Plaintiff) is ORDERED provide responses, without objection. Said responses shall be sent to Attorney Kevin Landrith of the Law Office of Brooke E. Montgomery, 14111 Danielson Street, Suite 100, Poway, California 92064 Defendant by November 17, 2023.

Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §§ 2030.290, et seq. and 2031.300, et seq., Plaintiff Jenean Rae Hilton is further ORDERED to pay monetary sanctions in the amount of $660.00 to Defendant. Said sanctions shall be sent to Attorney Kevin Landrith of the Law Office of Brooke E. Montgomery, 14111 Danielson Street, Suite 100, Poway, California 92064 Defendant by November 17, 2023. Additionally, based on the representations made in the opposition brief, said sanctions shall be enforceable only against Plaintiff Jeanean Rae Hilton herself – not against her counsel.

Defendant shall submit a proposed order.
