The Court exercises discretion to overlook this procedural failure, provided that the Law Firm files and serves a proposed order on Judicial Council Form MC-053 prior to the time of the hearing in this matter and provided that said filing include updated correct information regarding any upcoming hearing dates as well as having Item 5a checked to indicate that the relief will not become effective until a proof service is filed indicating that service has been made upon the client.
