Cronstedt v McNulty

20STCV10751

December 9, 2022

Tentative ruling

Plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses to requests for production from Defendants McNulty Law Firm and Peter McNulty.

The requests for production to the two defendants appear to be the same, and the responses by Defendants appear to be the same.  Accordingly, the Court ruling applies to the numbered requests propounded to each.  An order Granting the motion to compel a further response is also a ruling overruling the objections unless stated otherwise.  An order Granting the motion to compel a further response requires for each response a statement complying with Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.210 through 2013.240, must be verified, and must be served on or before January 6, 2023.  To the extent a further production of documents is indicated in Defendants’ responses, they shall be served no later than January 20, 2023.  E-mails shall be produced in native format including metadata.
