continued the hearing to this day. Defendant Robin Messier had stated that he
has the funds to put Stem Cell Therapeutics LA LLC in good standing. (Minute
Order, pg. 1.) On the same day as the
hearing, the court granted attorney Gary L. Eastman’s motions to be relieved as
counsel for the seven defendants in this action.
As of April 21,
2023, Gary L. Eastman’s relieving from the case is effective. No substitution
of attorney has been filed.
