Discussion

Plaintiff seeks default judgment in the amount of $27,442.60, which includes $503.50 in costs.

Plaintiff submits sufficient evidence to support the amount incurred and owed by Defendant’s breach of the credit account. (Ryder Decl., ¶¶ 1-12.) Further, Plaintiff substantiates the request for costs in the amount of $503.50. (CIV-105, ¶ 10.)

Plaintiff is not seeking attorney fees or interest. Plaintiff’s request for entry of default judgment in the amount of $27,442.60 is granted.
