            This is a default on a credit card account. The Complaint alleges cause of action for (1) breach of contract, and (2.) common counts.

           

            The Complaint was filed on April 14, 2023. Default was entered as to Defendant Angelica Grigoryan (Defendant) on August 17, 2023.

 

            Plaintiff Bank of America now moves for default judgment against Defendant. Does 1-10 have been dismissed. The request for entry of default judgment is granted.

 

Discussion

 

            Plaintiff seeks default judgment in the amount of $62,528.10, which includes $530.57 in costs.

 

            Plaintiff submits sufficient evidence to support the amount incurred and owed by Defendant’s breach of the credit card agreement. (Benton Decl., ¶¶ 1-6.) Further, Plaintiff substantiates the request for costs in the amount of $530.57. (CIV-100, ¶ 7.)

 

            Plaintiff is not seeking attorney fees or interest. Plaintiff’s request for entry of default judgment in the amount of $62,528.10 is granted.
