            This is a default on a credit card account. The Complaint alleges causes of action for (1) breach of contract, and (2.) common counts.

           

            The Complaint was filed on May 15, 2023. Default was entered as to Defendant Joanna Bernheimer (Defendant) on October 10, 2023.

 

            Plaintiff Wells Fargo now moves for default judgment against Defendant. There are no Doe defendants. The request for entry of default judgment is granted.

 

Discussion

 

            Plaintiff seeks default judgment in the amount of $27,403.82, which includes $510 in costs and $800 in attorney fees.

 

            Plaintiff submits sufficient evidence to support the amount incurred and owed by Defendant’s breach of the credit card agreement. (Salvo Decl., ¶¶ 1-9.) Further, Plaintiff substantiates the request for costs in the amount of $510 and attorney fees in the amount of $800. (CIV-100, ¶ 7; Blanda Decl., ¶¶ 4-6.)

 

            Plaintiff is not seeking prejudgment interest. Plaintiff’s request for entry of default judgment in the amount of $27,403.82 is granted.
