Plaintiff submits evidence that Defendant Parsley opened an account with Plaintiff for the purpose of obtaining an extension of credit on July 22, 2015. (Vazquez Decl., � 3.) The last payment on the account by Defendant was on April 22, 2022. (Vazquez Decl., � 6.) There is now an unpaid balance of $28,719.74 due on the account. (Vazquez Decl., � 7.)

Plaintiff does not seek costs, interest or attorney fees. Plaintiff does not seek post-charge-off interest or fees. (Vazquez Decl., � 8.)

The request for default judgment is granted.
