This is an unpaid invoices action. The Complaint alleges causes of action for (1) breach of written contract, (2.) goods and services rendered, (3.) open book account, and (4.) account stated.

The Complaint was filed on September 11, 2023. Default was entered as to Defendant Made by the Water, LLC (Defendant) on December 15, 2024.

Plaintiff Packform USA LLC now moves for default judgment against Defendant. Does 1-10 have been dismissed. The request for entry of default judgment is granted.

Discussion

Plaintiff seeks default judgment in the amount of $152,466.86, which includes $698.25 in costs and $3,373.94 in attorney fees.

Plaintiff submits sufficient evidence to support the amount incurred and owed by Defendant based on the parties’ purchase orders. (Jackson Decl., ¶¶ 5-8, Exs. A-D.) Further, Plaintiff substantiates the request for costs in the amount of $698.25. (CIV-100, ¶ 7; Wirtschafter Decl., ¶ 13.)

Plaintiff also substantiates the request for attorney’s fees in the amount of $3,373.94, which is consistent with Los Angeles Superior Court Local Rule 3.214. (Wirtschafter Decl., ¶¶ 10-12.) Plaintiff is not seeking prejudgment interest.

Plaintiff’s request for entry of default judgment in the amount of $152,466.86 is granted.
