Plaintiffs' and American Honda Motor Co., Inc.'s Joint Motion to Enforce T-Mobile's Compliance with Consumer Records Subpoena is GRANTED.

This motion was previously before the Court on January 12, 2024 with the matter continued for failure to provide a proof of service on T-Mobile. The moving party has now provided proof of service on T-Mobile (ROA 113) reflecting T-Mobile was properly served with the motion. The motion is unopposed.

Within 30 days of service of this ruling, T-Mobile is compelled to comply with the subpoena for consumer records and produce: Decedent Adriana Magadan's telephone records for phone number (760) 710-7106 from 8:26 p.m. to 9:26 p.m. on March 22, 2020. The records should include all identifying information (including, but not limited to, date, time, telephone number, origination, destination, message type, minutes and/or charges) related to all incoming and outgoing calls, data usage, emails, messaging, including text messages and voicemail messages made, sent and/or received within the specified time period.

This minute order will be the Court's final order. Plaintiffs are ordered to serve the Court's final order on T-Mobile and all appearing parties by February 27, 2024.
