Plaintiff JP Morgan Chase Bank NA's unopposed Motion for Entry of Judgment Under Terms of Stipulated Settlement is GRANTED.

Plaintiff served this motion on Defendant. (ROA 22.) This motion is unopposed. The Court has authority to vacate the dismissal and enter judgment pursuant to C.C.P. section 664.6 (ROA 11 – Stipulation Agreement; ROA 12 – Order on Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Judgment; Jurisdiction Retained Under C.C.P. § 664.6.) Defendant made payments of $1,436, but then defaulted. (Declaration of Brian Langedyk, at ¶¶ 5-6.) The judgment consists of: the principal balance due of $31,082.07, previous court costs of $0, additional costs of $0, less $1,436 for payments made to date. (Langedyk Decl., at ¶ 7.) The dismissal is vacated and Plaintiff is entitled to judgment in the amount of $29,646.07.

The Court will sign the proposed judgment. (ROA 21.) Plaintiff is ordered to serve written notice of this ruling and the conformed judgment on all parties within five days of receiving the conformed judgment.
