Defendants Jorge O. Almada and Woodex's Demurrer to the First Amended Complaint is SUSTAINED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND.

Plaintiff expressly concedes on the merits of the demurrer. Thus, each cause of action fails to state sufficient facts. (C.C.P., § 430.10(e).) Leave to amend as requested is granted, but only as to the causes of action currently pled in the FAC. (See, C.C.P., 472(a).) Plaintiff has not sought to amend to add other causes of action.

Concluding Orders Plaintiff is ordered to separately file and serve an amended complaint consistent with this ruling by May 10, 2024.

The Case Management Conference is continued to July 3, 2024 at 9:15 a.m.
