(C.C.P., § 473(b).) The answer filed on behalf of Defendants Fernando Bastidas-Venegas and Omar Leoncio Bastidas on December 19, 2023 (ROA 13) is withdrawn and stricken.

Defendant Waste Management of California, Inc. is ordered to file and serve the proposed answer attached as Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Jennifer Goldstein by February 23, 2024.

Defendants Bastidas-Venegas and Omar Leoncio Bastidas are ordered to respond to the Complaint within 30 days of service of this ruling.

If the tentative ruling is confirmed without modification, the minute order will be the Court's final ruling.

Defendant Waste Management of California, Inc. is ordered to serve written notice of the Court's final ruling on all parties – including Defendants Bastidas-Venegas and Omar Leoncio Bastidas - by February 21, 2024.
