Discussion

            To the extent that this motion was predicated on trying bench and jury issues separately, the motion is MOOT. All parties have waived jury, and the case will be proceeding as a bench trial.

            To the extent that this motion seeks to bifurcate the trial on the related dissolution matter, there is nothing to bifurcate. The dissolution action, Case No. 21 STCP 00403, has never been consolidated with this action. The two cases will not be tried together. This case is older by 20 months and will be tried first. If the parties wish this court to take some action in the dissolution case, they should file their request in that case.

Conclusion

            Given that this case is now entirely a bench trial, there is no reason for this court to bifurcate anything. The motion is DENIED.
