Case Background

Lemon law involving Plaintiffs’ 2020 Audi Q8 Quattro.

On May 10, 2021, Plaintiffs filed their Complaint for (1) Breach of Express Warranty; (2) Breach of Implied Warranty; and (3) Violation of Civil Code § 1793.2(b) against Defendants Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (“Volkswagen”) and DOES 1-10.

On June 9, 2021, Defendant Volkswagen filed its Answer.

On November 8, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Settlement.

Instant Motion

            Plaintiffs now move this court for an order awarding them $151,082.60 in attorneys fees and costs.

Decision

The motion is GRANTED.
