The Court finds that this case is not a Personal Injury Case under the Seventh and Eighth Amended Standing Order for Procedures in the Personal Injury Hub Courts.

This case is referred to the Supervising Judge in Department 1, Stanley Mosk Courthouse, for review and reassignment to an Independent Calendar Court.

The judicial assistant in Department 1 will give notice of the newly assigned courtroom.

The Demurrer and Motion to Strike Portions of the Complaint will not be heard in Department 28.  The moving party may call the newly assigned Department to ask whether the motion and demurrer may be re-scheduled by that courtroom, or whether new reservations in the case management system will be required.

Counsel for plaintiff shall give notice.
