Plaintiffs allege that Defendant, their medical insurer, failed to pay for covered medical costs.

         On June 20, 2023, Plaintiffs filed their Complaint for (1) Breach of Contract and (2) Breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing against Defendants Blue Cross of California dba Anthem Blue Cross (“Blue Cross”) and DOES 1-20.

            On November 6, 2023, Defendant Blue Cross filed its Answer.

            No trial date has yet been set.
