Plaintiffs allege that they loaned Defendants $7.5 million and Defendants defaulted on the loan.

 

            On December 18, 2023, Plaintiff filed its Complaint for (1) Breach of Contract, (2)-(4) Breach of Guaranty, and (5) Appointment of Receiver against Defendants EVMO, Inc. (“EVMO”), Distinct Cars LLC (“Distinct”), Rideshare Car Rentals, LLC (“Rentals”), EV Vehicles, LLC (“EV”), and DOES 1-50.

 

            No responsive pleadings have been filed.

 

            No trial date has yet been set.
