PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF COURT JUDGMENT is GRANTED.

Background

This is a contracts case. Plaintiff ITRIA VENTURES LLC alleges the following against Defendants LUCKY TRONIC, INC and CON KHIN VONG (collectively, “Defendants”): On or about December 21, 2022, Plaintiff entered into a Receivable Sales Agreement (the “RSA”) with Lucky Tronic, which was guaranteed by Defendant Con Khin Vong. The amount of Defendant’s accounts receivable that remain uncollected pursuant to the RSA is $43,564.58.

On January 25, 2023, Plaintiff filed suit.

On May 1, 2023, default was entered against Defendants.

On June 14, 2023, Plaintiff filed the instant application for entry of default judgment.

Discussion

As Defendants were properly served, as all application materials have been appropriately submitted, and as the damages sought match that pleaded in the complaint, the court finds no defects.

Conclusion

Based on the foregoing, default judgment is entered in the total amount of $50,871.25 [including interest, costs, and attorney fees].
