On July 5, 2023, Plaintiff Marla Odette Castillo filed suit against Defendant Pick Five Imports, Inc. d/b/a Maxi-Matic U.S.A., Inc. for:

On August 15, 2023, Defendant filed its answer.

 

On August 6, 2024, Anna R. Rick (on behalf of Plaintiff) filed the instant application.

 

Discussion

 

Anna R. Rick and her firm, Johnson Becker, PLLC, seek to be appear as counsel pro hac vice in this action on behalf of Plaintiff. The firm would appear in association with Jordon Harlan of Harlan Law, P.C., who is in good standing with the State Bar of California. Considering that the application comports with California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40, the court grants Rick’s application.
