filed suit against Defendants Hallcon Corporation; Renzenberger, Inc., and Rudy
Perez (collectively, “Defendants”).
On November 17, 2023, Defendants filed their answer.
On February 1, 2024, the three instant motions were filed.

non-opposition to the instant motions.
On February 23, 2024, the court consolidated the hearings to

Discussion
Counsels Ian King, Nicole Stewart, and William Thorpe seek
to appear as counsel pro hac vice in this action on behalf of Defendants. If
admitted Pro Hac Vice, the attorneys would associate with Murchison &
Cumming, LLP, counsel of record for Defendants herein.
Considering
that the application comports with California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40
(including the $50 payment/attorney), the court grants all three
applications.
Conclusion
Based on the foregoing, the applications are granted.[1]
