Background

This is a lemon law case.

On September 19, 2023, Plaintiff filed suit.

On November 27, 2023, Defendant filed the instant demurrer and MTS.

On February 28, 2024, Plaintiff filed a first amended complaint (FAC).

Discussion

As a FAC was filed, the demurrer and MTS are moot.
