Defendants allegedly committed wage and hour violations and paid Plaintiffs with dishonored checks. Plaintiff Finksi made complaints about failure to receive compensation for his work but was terminated instead.
Plaintiffs Anatloii Holishenko, Vadzim Finski, and Artur Finski move for an order granting relief from dismissal.

Plaintiffs Anatloii Holishenko, Vadzim Finski, and Artur Finski’s motion for an order granting relief from dismissal is CONTINUED to September 27, 2022 at 8:30 AM. The motion was not accompanied by a proof of service. Plaintiffs are ordered to file a proof of service, including notice of the new hearing date, by September 1, 2022.
