Plaintiffs are to submit a supplemental brief and declaration explaining how the scope of the litigation changes in terms of technical issues with the change to allegations of a defective 9-speed transmission, and anticipated additional discovery required. Defendant may explain the prejudice from any resulting change in the scope of technical issues.
