            Plaintiff, a test driver of autonomous vehicles, alleges wage and hour violations, and brings a PAGA claim, as well as a claim for whistleblower retaliation/wrongful termination.

 

Plaintiff Joseph Lee brings a motion to compel further responses to form interrogatories – general and employment, sets one, and specially prepared interrogatories set one, and a motion to compel further responses to requests for production of documents, sets one and two from Defendant Bertrandt U.S., Inc. Plaintiff also requests sanctions. 

The Court continued the hearing on this motion for Plaintiff to pay additional filing fees and to submit a joint meet and confer statement.

TENTATIVE RULING          

Per the Court’s instructions, Plaintiff has paid an additional $180 in filing fees.

            The parties have submitted a joint separate statement as ordered by the Court indicating that the parties have reached a resolution in principle of all outstanding discovery disputes. The Court assumes the hearing will not go forward on the merits, but will hear oral argument regarding the status of any remaining issues.
