            This is an action to quiet title to the subject property against a deed of trust which was deemed to have been reconveyed by a prior judgment, but which was re-recorded by Defendants.

Plaintiff United Lender, LLC moves to compel responses to requests for production of document from Defendant Lorenzo Espinoza.

TENTATIVE RULING

The hearing on Plaintiff United Lender, LLC’s motion to compel responses to requests for production of document from Defendant Lorenzo Espinoza is CONTINUED to April 21, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. 

This motion was mail-served upon Defendant Lorenzo Espinoza at 6 Riez, Newport Coast, CA 92657. However, at the time this motion was filed, Espinoza’s address of record was 92 Corporate Park STE C, Irvine CA 92606. As a pro per litigant, Espinoza was not required to accept e-mail service. “Unrepresented persons are exempt from any mandatory electronic filing imposed pursuant to this subdivision.” (Civ. Proc. Code § 1010.6(f)(2).) 

Plaintiff is to serve a copy of this motion and notice of continuance upon Espinoza’s new attorney of record, Michael A. Younge, as indicated on the Substitution of Attorney filed on March 24, 2023.
