herein. As required by Rule 3.1308(a)(2), any party seeking oral argument

Plaintiffs allege that they suffered from severe carbon monoxide poisoning due to a defective appliance in their apartment unit and their landlords’ failure to install carbon monoxide detectors.
Plaintiff Terri James-Taylor moves for a trial preference pursuant to CCP § 36(d).
TENTATIVE RULING
The Court previously ordered the
hearing on Plaintiff Terri James-Taylor’s motion for trial preference continued to this date to permit Plaintiff
is to submit a supplemental declaration by August 2, 2022, with Defendants’ deadline
to submit a supplemental opposition by August 16, 2022.
Because the Court has not received
Plaintiff’s supplemental declaration, the motion is DENIED without prejudice.
