Bong Ja Oh, Trustee of the Oh Revocable Family Trust Dated 1/24/2003’s motion to substitute in as personal representative of deceased Defendant Ik Whan Oh as successor in interest is MOOT. Plaintiff filed a voluntary dismissal of Defendant Ik Whan Oh without prejudice on November 9, 2023.
