The hearing on Defendant Emiliano Ledesma Olvera’s demurrer is CONTINUED to November 27, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. The Declaration of Alexandra Barreno does not satisfy the meet and confer declaration requirement set forth in Civ. Proc. Code § 430.41. 

Defendant’s counsel is to file a meet and confer declaration by November 20, 2023 and give notice of the continuance.
