            Plaintiffs’ April 19, 2023 motion for reconsideration is untimely under Code of Civil Procedure 1008, subdivision (a). The court declines to exercise its discretion under section 1008, subdivision (c) to sua sponte reconsider its March 14, 2023 order. The court’s March order rested on the binding authority of Felisilda v. FCA, US LLC (2020) 53 Cal.App.5th 486. Ford Motor Warranty Cases (2023) 89 Cal.App.5th 1324 (Ford Motor Warranty Cases) create a conflict in the law, but do not overrule Felisilda.

The court denies Plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration.
