            Plaintiff has not served responses to Cross-Complainant Janet Gretzky’s Form Interrogatories (Set One) which Cross-Complainant served in August 2023. Plaintiff is ordered to serve complete, verified responses, without objections, within 20 days of this order. Plaintiff is also ordered to pay $1,050 to Cross-Complainant Janet Gretzky within 30 days of this order.
