BACKGROUND 

This motion arises from an intentional infliction of emotional distress action.

Plaintiffs Steve Baghoomian and Ara Gulesserian filed a complaint against defendants Stephen Scott Brown; Derek Lodder; Ice Kream; Z Brands, LLC; Newton Operations, LLC; Zeki Group, LLC and Jokes Up Ice Kream, LLC.

On September 25, 2024, plaintiff Steve Baghoomian (Plaintiff) propounded discovery on defendant Derek Lodder. 

Plaintiff filed a Motion to Deem Requests for Admission, set One admitted.

DISCUSSION

            Motion is moot because defendant provided substantially compliant responses on January 30, 2025.  (Burt Decl., ¶ 6, Ex. “A”, “B”.)

SANCTIONS

            Defendant to pay $1,337.45 to Plaintiff within 30 days.
