Request for Production

Defendant propounded requests for production on December 18, 2024.  Discovery responses were due on stipulation by February 26, 2025.  No responses were provided. Therefore, Defendant is entitled to an order compelling discovery responses, without objections.

Defendant requests $737.50 in sanctions.  The Court finds this reasonable. 

CONCLUSION

            The Court orders Plaintiff to serve Code compliant responses without objection within 10 days. The Court orders Plaintiff to pay Defendant’s counsel $737.50 in sanctions within 30 days.
