Plaintiff requests $1,804.00 in sanctions.  No reply was filed, therefore, the Court awards $1,259.00 in sanctions.  The Court finds this reasonable.

CONCLUSION

            The Court grants Plaintiff’s Motions to Compel Initial Discovery Responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One.
