Defendant’s Motion to Declare Plaintiff a Vexatious Litigant

The court declares Plaintiff a vexatious litigant under Code of Civil Procedure section 391, subdivisions (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii). Plaintiff is prohibited from filing any new litigation in California courts in propria persona without first obtaining leave of the presiding judge of the court where the litigation is proposed to be filed.

Defendant shall file and serve a proposed order on Judicial Council Form VL-100.
