Plaintiff Erron Silverstein (“Plaintiff”) has filed an Application for Right to Attach Order and Writ of Attachment, seeking to attach $135.244.61 of Defendant Golden Phoenix Holdings LLC (“Defendant”)’s property. The application lacks proof of service of the application and supporting documents upon Defendant. Plaintiff has also failed to file proof of service of the notice of the hearing date on the application, and because Plaintiff has not filed proof of service of the summons and complaint, the Court lacks a basis to conclude that Defendant is aware of this action.

As such, Plaintiff Erron Silverstein’s Application for Right to Attach Order and Writ of Attachment is CONTINUED to ____________.
