Judge: Craig Griffin, Case: "Adib v. Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc.", Date: 2022-10-10 Tentative Ruling

The unopposed Motion by Defendants Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. And Jennifer Vallinayagam to confirm the Amended Final Award rendered by Hon. Diane Wayne (Ret.) on June 29, 2022 in binding arbitration is GRANTED. 

Under Code of Civil Procedure §1286, the court shall confirm the Amended Final Award as made.  On this basis, the Court enters judgment that the Amended Final Award is confirmed; that Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiff Adib; and that Plaintiff Adib shall take nothing by his Complaint.  The court will sign the Judgment submitted by moving party along with the motion.
