Before the Court is Plaintiff Aska Sakan, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) unopposed Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint.

The moving papers demonstrate good cause to grant the relief requested.  (Kaisheng Yang ¶¶ 13-22 and Exhibit 1 thereto; see also, Code Civ. Proc. §§ 473(a)(1); Atkinson v. Elk Corp. (2003) 109 Cal.App.4th 739, 761; Morgan v. Sup.Ct. (Morgan) (1959) 172 Ca.App.2d 527, 530.)

Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the motion.

The First Amended Complaint, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 1 to the Yang declaration, is to be separately filed and served within 5 days of the date of this order.
