Judge: Craig Griffin, Case: "Certified Brands Group, Inc. v. Owens", Date: 2023-05-22 Tentative Ruling

Before the Court at present are four Motions to be Relieved as Counsel of Record, filed on 2/8/23 by moving counsel Aaron D. Sadock of Panakos Law, APC, as to the representation of: (1) Defendant/Cross-Complainant Michael P. Owens; (2)  Defendant/Cross-Complainant LaunchMedia 1, Inc.; (3) Cross-Complainant Powersource Products, LLC; and (4) Cross-Complainant Six Degrees Data Corp.    

The Motions adequately comply with CRC 3.1362, and are unopposed. The Motions are therefore GRANTED, with relief to be effective upon the filing of  proofs of service reflecting service of the signed Order on the clients and all other counsel.
