The Motion to Set Aside Judgment of Dismissal and Reinstate Case, filed on 5/5/22 by counsel for Plaintiff Jhoanna Reyes Espino-Fore (“Plaintiff”), as to the dismissal previously entered by the Court on 12/3/21, is GRANTED.  The Motion has been timely submitted in accordance with C.C.P. § 473(b), and the supporting Prussak Decl.  demonstrates that an error on the part of counsel led to the dismissal.

Plaintiff is to promptly serve the named defendant, and file a POS reflecting same.  The Case Management Conference is set for October 14, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in Dept. N 17.

Mr. Prussak, as current counsel for Plaintiff, is to give notice.
