Judge: Craig Griffin, Case: "Grant v. Bank of America, N.A.", Date: 2023-07-31 Tentative Ruling

The hearing on the OSC re preliminary injunction is CONTINUED to August 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., per the request of Defendants Bank of America, N.A. and Banc of America Mortgage Securities, Inc.  Defendants are to file their response no later than August 10, 2023, and Plaintiffs may file any reply no later than August 15, 2023.

Because the hearing date is after the date for the pending foreclosure, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ request for a Temporary Restraining Order, enjoining Defendants from foreclosing on the subject property, to remain in effect until the Court issues its ruling on the request for preliminary injunction.
